FAQ

  • Do I need to have access to a gym?

Absolutely NOT! Clients are welcome to work out wherever they are most comfortable, with or without equipment. Whether you you are working out at home, at the gym, with or without equipment, your program will be tailored to what you have available to you.

  • Are weigh-ins/progress photos required?

Not at all. While body weight measurements and progress photos are great fitness tools, they can, at times, cause more stress than encouragement. Clients are allowed to opt out of tracking these metrics if they wish; the only tracking requirement is the logging of your provided workouts.

  • Is 1:1 coaching the only option?

No; there are 3 different tiers of coaching, all with different engagement and support levels. If you are looking for something completely self-guided, there are a-la-carte programs as well.

  • What is included with 1:1 coaching?

There are multiple package options for 1:1 coaching, and what is included is dependent on which package you purchase. ALL levels of 1:1 coaching (Basic, Platinum, Elite) include personalized workout programs, at least 1 monthly check-in call (options for more frequent check-ins available), and access to the community group chat and all-client discussion calls. Premium and Elite packages offer even more features like habit tracking and nutrition guidance.

  • Is fitness the only thing you focus on?

Far from it. Of course what we do in the gym is important when it comes to reaching our goals; however, it is only one piece of a complex puzzle. My clients and I discuss topics such as developing confidence, and refining new and existing habits. We dive deep into what works for each person individually and put our heads together to develop a plan that will last in the long run.

  • What is your early termination policy?

Clients can freeze their account for up to 3 months at a time during their contract. If a client is on a contracted plan and they wish to terminate early of their own volition (not due to injury or illness), they will be financially responsible for 50% of the remaining contract value. If termination is due to injury or illness (with proper documentation) the client will not be held financially responsible for any remaining payments.
